Emergency: An emergency is defined as a situation involving fire, flood, or blood—meaning:

● Fire: Any situation where there is an active fire or a significant risk of fire that threatens life or property.
● Flood: Severe water damage or flooding that poses an immediate threat to safety or the structural integrity of a building.
● Blood: Any medical emergency involving serious injury, excessive bleeding, or a
life-threatening health crisis requiring immediate attention.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in any rentals. You may smoke outside of the property, but cigarette butts must be picked up and disposed of.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a clean and healthy living environment.

All outdoor areas remain clean and free of clutter. Please dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving personal belongings outside.

Parking is permitted only in designated areas. Please do not park vehicles on the lawn.

Yes, late fees may apply according to your lease agreement. We will add a $50 late fee
after the grace period ends and there will be a $5.00 charge per day till rent is paid.

No, commercial vehicles are not allowed in our communities.

We require all residents to complete a Pet Screening before any pet is allowed in the community.
